The Inter-American Network on Government Procurement  (INGP) will hold its 20th Annual Conference from August 12–14, 2026, in Monterrey, Mexico, bringing together leading authorities and distinguished public procurement specialists from across the region and around the world. The event is co-organized by the INGP, through its Technical Secretariat exercised by the Organization of American States (OAS), in coordination with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), the Secretary of Administration of the Government of the State of Nuevo León, and the Secretary of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, through its Sub-Secretariat for Good Governance.

In accordance with its Statutes, the Annual Conference serves as the plenary body and highest forum for deliberation and strategic direction of the Network. It convenes the heads of national public procurement agencies from member and observer countries, as well as internationally recognized experts, practitioners, and academics, with the objective of strengthening horizontal cooperation and promoting the exchange of best practices in public procurement.

For the first time, Expo INGP 2026 will be launched at CINTERMEX as a high-level strategic platform bringing together public and private sector leaders to advance innovation, sustainability, and the generation of public value through procurement systems across the Americas.

Expo INGP 2026 is designed for international companies with demonstrated experience in technological, digital, and sustainable solutions applicable to public procurement systems across the Americas. This first edition will feature a specialized exhibition space dedicated to companies with proven capacity to generate innovation and public value.

Participation will be strictly limited to twenty (20) companies with exhibition stands, selected based on proven experience, the innovative character of their solutions, and their potential for regional impact.
