ChileCompra is carrying out a national in-person training tour running from May 12 to July 23, covering 15 cities across the country from north to south. The goal of the trainings is to strengthen the competencies of public officials in resource optimization and improvement of government spending. To date, more than 680 public buyers have already participated in sessions held in cities such as Punta Arenas, Coyhaique, Puerto Montt, Valdivia, Temuco, and Valparaíso.

The activities include talks, presentations of practical cases on planning and contract management, and user experience workshops aimed at improving tools such as the purchase order module on Mercado Público. The remaining sessions will be held in cities such as Concepción, Chillán, Rancagua, Talca, La Serena, Antofagasta, Copiapó, Arica, and Iquique, and are free to attend upon registration with Clave Única.
