PARAGUAY AND THE UNIVERSITY OF SALAMANCA LAUNCH THIRD EDITION OF MASTER’S DEGREE IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Paraguay’s National Directorate of Public Procurement (DNCP) has renewed its partnership with the University of Salamanca, throughthe Research Centre for Global Governance, to carry out the third edition of the Master’s Degree in Corruption Prevention and Professionalization of Public Procurement. This edition will be delivered in a virtual and synchronous format, which will allow for broader participation from other member countries of the Inter-American Government Procurement Network (RICG).

The program costs €2,400 per student, with a capacity of 30 participants, and classes will begin in the second half of September 2026. The application deadline is July 31. Topics covered include strategic procurement management, corruption prevention, innovation, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with the aim of strengthening technical capacities and promoting the exchange of experiences among public procurement systems across Latin America and the Caribbean.
