An initiative started by the combined efforts of the National University of San Martin, Argentina and the University of Santo Tomas, Chile; along with the support of the International Development Research Center (IDRC) of Canada and the collaboration of the Inter-American Network on Government Procurement (INGP), to satisfy the need for the training of specialized human resources in all the region.
Objective: to provide adequate tools to actors involved in Government Procurement, such that they can be capable of performing in an ethical, efficient, effective, and transparent manner within the System of Government Procurement. Curriculum
