This diagnosis has been developed thanks to the institutional and financial support of the OAS and the IDB, and to the information provided by the national public procurement agencies of Latin America and the Caribbean; in order to make known the progress of the countries – according to their regulatory framework, actions, tools, and monitoring and measurement methods – to analyze and categorize their level towards the implementation of Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP); as well as their alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations Organization.
