The Government of the United States of America continues advancing reforms to federal contracting policies through recent executive actions focused on efficiency, accountability, and performance-based procurement. A recent Executive Order issued by the White House promotes wider use of fixed-price and performance-based contracts across federal agencies as part of efforts to streamline procurement processes and improve contract management.

At the same time, federal procurement discussions in the United States of America continue to emphasize modernization, acquisition reform, digitalization, and strategic sourcing, particularly in sectors such as defense, technology, and infrastructure. Agencies including the General Services Administration (GSA) continue implementing initiatives aimed at simplifying procurement procedures and improving operational efficiency across government acquisitions.
