El objetivo de los Temathic Task groups (TTGs) es identificar buenas prácticas a nivel regional, así como los obstáculos existentes para su implementación en los distintos países, y difundir los resultados entre los miembros de la RICG. Se busca generar intercambio y aprendizaje entre países más avanzados y países con menor desarrollo relativo en las distintas temáticas abordadas por los TTGs.
Este documento fue desarrollado durante el año 2010 y 2011.
