Due to the efforts of the INGP, the UNAC and the DINAFI of the Treasury Department of El Salvador will visit the headquarters of the Department of Public Procurement in Paraguay, with the aim of learning about their experience on integrated systems for financial administration SIAF and the electronic system of government procurement SICP. The reason for the visit is due to the legislative mandate to integrate both systems (Art. 11 LACAP), which should be integrated and interconnected, concerning both the programming of procurement and contracting, as well as the verification of budgetary availability.
