In this first edition of 2012, we welcome members and friends of the RICG, wishing that this new year will be full of positive changes and great omen for the modernization of public procurement.

The importance of the activities performed during 2011, enhanced the interest of countries to participate actively in RICG initiatives. As a result, the country commitment and valuable contributions that each of its representatives has become increasingly important for the development and sustainability of the Network.
