The good news from last October on the creation of the Special Administrative Unit-National Procurement Agency, Colombia Buy Efficient-was inspiring for the whole region and of great joy and satisfaction to those who have joined one or another way this process.
Congratulations, first of all, to Colombia, the important step, effort and management in its institutional form, that already had been driving for several years, and extend our gratitude to the countries that provided support for activities such as sub-regional workshops and other , where Colombia was receiving regional experiences, good practices and lessons learned, which served to consolidate this wonderful achievement that, today, makes the country together lift up your head and repeat ‘Prosperity for All’.
