Our newly completed VII Annual Conference of the Inter-American Network on Government Procurement has left many elements for reflection and plenty of reasons for optimism. The end of the activity, with the signing of the cooperation agreement between the Directorate General of Public Procurement of the Dominican Republic and the Directorate General Procurement of Panama, not only put a finishing touch to an event enormously productive but had a message to all of us in the family INGP about the ways that the future holds for the Network
