All that in one way or another are linked to the world of public administration, we have learned to live with professional uncertainty and overcome the vagaries inherent in the world of politics and decisions. As a whole family of INGP know, last February, the government of Peru, made the decision to replace Ricardo Salazar, President of OSCE and INGP, by Mr. Carlos Salazar.
