Under INGP activities, with the aim of designing a project on Sustainable Public Procurement in the region led by the OAS and the IDRC, held the first meeting of the working group consisting of: the EGADE Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica and Panama, in the City of Washington DC.
One goal of the project is to generate empirical knowledge to support the design of sustainable public procurement policies, and training of human resources capable of leading the design and implementation of these policies.
The workshop was held at OAS headquarters in Washington DC, on 8 and 9 November 2012.
