On March 12, the Ecuadorian Institute of Procurement and Contracting and the Department of Contracting for the State of Nicaragua signed a cooperation agreement in Managua which grants the use of the Electronic Catalog computer system, a system adequacy process with Nicaraguan law will take place through a joint work plan, the implementation will count with the technical assistance of INCOP throughout the year 2013.
