At the International Meeting in Brasília, ChileCompra presented its latest advancements in public procurement innovation, highlighting the introduction of competitive dialogues and innovation contracts—set to take effect in June 2025 as part of the reform to the Public Procurement Law. These new tools will enable the government to invest in innovative solutions that are not yet available on the market, promoting greater efficiency and transparency in public contracting. The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration with the private sector and improve the quality of services procured by the government.
