Argentina’s National Procurement Office (Oficina Nacional de Contrataciones – ONC) has expanded its ongoing training program in 2025 with the goal of professionalizing and enhancing the role of procurement within the National Public Administration. These training sessions are aimed at staff from purchasing units within contracting agencies, as well as personnel from oversight bodies. The program covers both traditional and electronic procurement processes, offering technical and operational knowledge on procedures, regulations, and digital systems to ensure efficiency and transparency.
Some of the courses scheduled for April and May 2025 include:
– Training guide for suppliers to the National Government: Use of the Electronic Procurement System “COMPR.AR” (in-person, starting April 14, 2025).
– COMPR.AR VIRTUAL – Contract request and purchasing process (online, starting April 21, 2025).
– Procurement documents for goods and services: A key tool for successful contracting (in-person, starting April 21, 2025).
– Guarantees for the National Public Administration (APN) (in-person, starting April 23, 2025).
– COMPR.AR VIRTUAL – Evaluation and award process (online, starting April 28, 2025).
– COMPR.AR virtual course – Introduction to the system (online, starting May 6 and May 12, 2025).
