The Joint Negotiation of COMISCA® is a mechanism that favors access to medicines, medical devices and other goods of health interest, which is carried out within the framework of the Central American Integration System (SICA), based on Central American community law, as part of the political decision of the Council of Health Ministers of Central America and the Dominican Republic (COMISCA), which is coordinated from the Executive Secretariat of the Council of Health Ministers of Central America and the Dominican Republic (SE-COMISCA).
