Support Institutions

For the past nine years, the Organization of American States (OAS), which acts as Technical Secretariat for the Network, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), support the INGP to establish an area of cooperation in the hemisphere in the most important area of public administration; to convey to the citizens an image of credibility in their institutions in the area of government procurement. This close collaboration with the OAS, has not only allowed the more efficient and coordinated use of resources of the agencies, but has helped make the INGP the most important support reference in the field government procurement in the hemisphere and an experience that other regions in the world wish to replicate.
OAS - The Organization of American States

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)

The International Development Research Centre (IDRC), is a Canadian Crown corporation created in 1970 to help developing countries use science and technology to find practical and long term solutions to the social development, economic and environmental problems they face.
